This page contains recent owner & operator changes and other related news to the individual airframes of Fokker F27 (including Fokker 50 & Fokker 60) and Fokker F28 (including Fokker 70 & Fokker 100). Also the Fairchild models F-27 and FH-227 are part of the FOKKERfleetlist. The airframes are printed in chronological order. Items older than a month are moved to the archive (not yet active). Back at Woensdrecht after 3 months surveyer work in the Caribbean. This nice shot of VH-EWP (10534) was taken during the approach to the maintenance base of Fokker Services. Meet the latest Aero Mongolia Fokker 50 JU-8257 (20257) which was earlier active as JA01NV of Air Central, the new name of NakaNihon Air Line Service and OY-PCI of Nordic Aviation Capital A/S. (Jacques Vooren, Amsterdam, August 12, 2010)

The first F27 for TAM Transportes Aéreos Regionais S.A. was this PT-LAF (10177) acquired in 1979 and currently on display inside the TAM museum at São Carlos. Was also the first F27 Mark 200 converted to Mark 600 with a large cargo door. This was done in Indonesia during 1975 while in service with Pelita Air Service as PK-PFW. The F27 was new delivered to All Nippon Airways in 1961 as JA8601, being also their first F27 in operation. (Marcelo Bordim, July 15, 2010)

A new Fokker 100 operator to start in Paraguay! Sol del Paraguay Líneas Aéreas, S.A. will take later this year XA-TCP (11341) of MexicanaClick into service. The new company from Asuncion was officially launched on July 1, 2010 and is planning to fly later this year to São Paulo, Buenos Aires, Santiago de Chile and Montevideo. This years goal is to operate two Fokker 100s which will be extended next year with three more. (via Skyliner, Mexico City, July 29, 2010)

TAM museum 'The Wings of a Dream' was recently reopened and PT-MRL (11441) is displayed in its original TAM livery. This museum at São Carlos has a large collection of aircraft related to Brazilian history. (Marcelo Bordim, July 15, 2010). The registration of PH-OFA (11246) was officially cancelled on July 5, 2010. The Fokker 100 has already lost its engines but the Aviodrome museum will receive two spare engines later this year for display use.
